After placing an order, you can enter your email address (as your username) on our website to activate your account. If applicable, you can also enter your company name, COC number and VAT number. You will then receive an email with which you can change the password to your account. Your customer information and information regarding previous orders are stored in your account.
If you have a question, remark or feedback regarding our collection, you can fill out our contact form. To allow us to properly process your contact request and/or question, we ask you to submit your first name, surname and email address. You can also choose to specify the company on behalf of which you are filling out the form, e.g. if you believe this information to be relevant to your contact request and/or question.

Both companies are affiliated with and certified in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.
